Ms. Mentor's Impeccable Advice for Women in Academia

I wouldn't call it "helpful," but who (in the Ivory Tower, like Ms. Mentor) doesn't enjoy a good laugh at the more stodgy aspects of academic life? This is a quick read, and better than Carolyn Hax.
