Have lived in Rapid City, South Dakota since 1998. My
wife Lois Facer and I have two sons: Reed & Zack. As a
historian, I write economic history for companies and
institutions throughout North America. My business is
at www.vantagepointhistory.com. Have been active in
politics for the last several years and was the
Democratic nominee for lieutenant governor in 2006. My
running mate and I weren't successful, but I continue
to work both sides of the aisle to promote progressive
change. We love the Black Hills and the prairie.

Hi everyone..
Moved to Del Mar in 75 after I broke up with Betsy Rodgers (remember
her) In any case, life has been good, married for 20 years, divorced and
now married to a very wonderful woman who is a "Paris trained" chef
on large 150' private yachts. I have two children, Tamra and Scott both
in their mid 20's and doing fine. For the past 30 years I have run
building divisions for large residenital home builders. In addition, I
bought a mushroom farm (yes that's right) with my dad 27 years ago
thinking it would be something for him to do in his latter years. But it
has turned out to become a hugh business, two years ago, he retired
and I quit the development world and now I play farmer all day long.. If
you google Mountain Meadow Mushroom you will see the farm.

Since Awalt, I went to school at Univ of Oregon; then
lived in Alaska and settled in Seattle. Married, 1
stepson, 2 standard poodles, 3 cats. I'm the Director
of Development and Planning for the City of Seattle

What's New?
Raising 3 boys with my wife Terry who is an artist (painting and jewelry
design). I own a manufacturers rep firm in the swimming pool industry.
Play a little golf, ski and trap shoot with the boys. Zack 16, Tobin 13,
and Keaton 5. All pretty cool kids with moms artistic skills. We left Los
Altos in 2002 after 13 yrs in the old hood. Moved to Granite Bay,
(outside of Sacramento), to be closer to the moutains, Tahoe etc. It's
been a nice change. I do miss the culture, the ocean and the smell of
the clean bay air. I'm still down there a lot with biz travel. I stay in
touch with Callahan, the Kinder brothers,
Jim Rodgers, Puterbaugh and Kosling. I know that probably paints a
bad picture of me, oh well. We're all a bunch of bums wishing we had
the freedom we enjoyed 30 years ago. Lots of good days ahead. Go
Giants!

What's New?
Married the love of my life in 1980 and moved to the
East in 1981 when my husband started graduate school
(drama dept.) in New Haven. Next NYC where Rob
worked at a big scene shop and then was production
manager at the Roundabout Theater and I worked for a
major real estate developer. Our son & daughter were
born in NYC, and then we returned to CT. A career
change for Rob to “Wall Street” and another move
(NJ). But we missed CT and moved back in Aug. '01.
Now he runs our marina (www.indrivmar.com - stop by
if you're out this way in the summer and we'll rent
you a kayak) and is starting a small organic farm,
and I'm working for the architect Kevin Roche. Both
kids off at college (one upstate NY and one in CA)
so it might be an empty nest if not for the 3 horses,
2 dogs, 2 cats,and a Beta fish who are also part of
the family.
Hobbies: Riding, gardening, and all forms of boating!

Hi! Living in San Jose, have my own biz, 2 adult

What's New?
I retired from youth coaching after 20+ years. Who

What's New?
I left Mountain View in '76 and barely recognize the
place when I go there these days (which is seldom,
since my family and most of the things I remember are
all gone.) I attended CCAC in Oakland and have lived
in the East Bay ever since. I have been a cabinet
maker, an AV technician, a model-maker for the film
industry, a college instructor, a corporate head-
hunter, a carpet cleaner, a video editor, a
cameraman, an expert on antique music boxes, a clerk
in a video store, and I don't know what all else. For
the past seven years I have been a high school
teacher and am likely to remain one, as it is the
best and most rewarding occupation I have ever
experienced. I am also a bass player in a rock and
roll band. I have been married to the same woman for
twenty one years and have an eleven year old son.
Does anyone care about any of this? My years at Awalt
were not among the best ones in my life. I never felt
as though I quite fit in, and at times was treated
with indifference and cruelty by people who seemed to
be enjoying themselves. Did anyone else ever feel
this way? So far I have avoided the reunions, yet am
strangely compelled to post this message. I am nearly
fifty-one years old. It's a hell of a thing, isn't it?

What's New?
My only child is now 26 years old and has moved to
Idaho. Since I'm now an empty nester, I've had to
reinvent my personal life. I thought ballroom dancing
was the way to go -- it's a total BLAST! I've been
working at the same company in Sunnyvale as a Tech
Editor for 30 years and I absolutely love my job. I've
been visiting friends in Tuscany often and am making
plans to retire there and live out the rest of my
life -- ah, some day. Anyway, let's get together in
2009 you guys!!!

company.We travel as much as we can in our motorhome
