It's so nice to read what everyone has been doing since high school. I'm a single mom living in Fremont for almost 7 years now. I have 2 wonderful children, Dennis 17 and Grace 14. I'm a para-educator working with autistic kids in the Fremont School District. I also very involved in with the American High School Football program. My daughter will be cheering this fall so I have a feeling I'll be getting involved in cheer soon too. Hello All, Although I did not graduate from Awalt (my sister and brother graduated from Mountain View High) I knew many of you and have kept in touch with Awalt grads not listed here. After Blach, I went to Bellarmine in San Jose, then to UC San Diego and then MIT. About as far away as I could go from home:) I currently own an advertising sales company. My wife, Laura, is the creator and owner of My Playground. (www.playgroundcentral.com). We have two children, Grace (9) and Aaron (7). The kids are avid nordic and alpine skiers as well as swimming and b- ball. Laura and I did the Death Ride last year and I have been improving my times in The Great Ski Race and DLT Triathlon. When I hit 50, I hope to place higher in my age group:) We have lived in Truckee for almost 130 years and hope to stay a lot longer. I studied Automotive Mechanics at De Anza Met a girl ther from Linbrook, celebrated our 20th Anniversary last year. We have 2 boys now 14 & 15. In 2000 I went back to school at Sac State and got my BS in Mechanical Engineering. I am now working at a medium sized Custom fabrication & Welding shop in Yuba City.
