When I left High School I spend a year in the Bay
Area/Lake Tahoe area then headed north to British
Columbia and never came back. I spend 15 years in
central B.C. and moved to Vancouver's lower mainland
in 1987. I am now more Canadian than American. I
have two sons Tory 30 years old, married with a
daughter Breanna soon to be two. He is a chef for
the Four Seasons on the island of Nevis in the lesser
Antillies,Carribean. My younger son Wade, 27 is also
married and works for my brother Gary in Grass
Valley, California. I currently work as a Recreation
Therapist with the older adult at Peace Arch Hospital
in White Rock, one mile from the boarder to
Washington State. Anyone visiting the area are
welcome to contact me. B.C. is a beautiful province.
Vancouver may be hosting the 2010 winter Olympics at
Whistler. A visit to Vancouver is a must for that one.
My biggest accomplish to date is my 500 mile trek
across Northern Spain last summer "The Camino de
Santiago" It took me 34 days with many blisters, and
many lessons learned about myself and life. To
everyone- may all your dreams come true. Judy
