Earlier this year I was nominated as The Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society’s Man of the Year for the Greater
Sacramento Area. I decided to accept the nomination
in memory of our classmates, Patty & Tom, and all of
us that have been touched by cancer in one-way or
another.
I need to raise "gobs of money" by May 5th and I'm
looking to get the word to our classmates so I can
make a go showing for the MOY. I have a web site up &

that will include pictures of our boy & girl of the
year as well as an on-line donation form.
There will be a Grand Finale Dinner in May to announce
the winners for the Man, Woman, Teen & Celebrity of
the year and you are all invite to attend. Tickets
for the dinner are $100 with $60 going to the LLS for
research, education, treatment and other programs.
