reminds me of the time i got an expired license plate violation ticket dated 4am. so a cop was just randomly checking the plates of every car on the street? what's up with that?

Cut to Police Officers running breathless between houses and fences and dive on to the ground, you can't see the struggle beneath the Cop.... The camera re-positions and we see the Cop with a tape measure and a Sweater Vested Perp who had just been grilling now pinned to the ground with a knee in his back and the evidence in his face.....
