- Hello Young Friends from the Past. After Graduation in
1973 I enlisted in The United States Marine
Corps,However I'd rather not get into that.After an
Honorable Discharge I Graduated from DeAnza
College.After that Got married 13 years , Divorce with
3 beautiful kids,Ruben 17,Christopher 14, and
Alexander 11. I Graduated with a Degree in
Clinical Couseling in Psychology from San Jose State
University and now Counsel people in need. So if you

- After high school I graduated from UC Berkeley in
Physics and Applied Math. I met Sue Lenihan (St.
Francis, class of 74) working at the Rengstorff park
pool in 74 and married her in 79. We are still happily
married and have two daughters, both married now. While
working at Lockheeed I went to school part time to
complete an MSEE from SJSU in 82, an Engineer's Degree
from Stanford in 85, and an MSME from Santa Clara
University in 1991. I currently work at Qualcomm in
Santa Clara managing a small group that does pre-
silicon verification of RF/analog wireless chips. If
you commute along Central Expressway you may see me. I
bike to work on a red recumbent.

- After Highschool, I went to Foothill, like alot of us
did. Then was engaged for about a week to Mark
Szczerba, my long time boyfriend at that time. I
didn't marry Mark, I married Gary Christensen from
Awalt High in 1976. Gary and I divorced in 1979, and I
married Stewart Tagg in 1981. He is from England. We
were married for about 17 yrs. We have two daughters,
Elizabeth (24) and Emily (18).
Elizabeth graduated from LAHS in 2002, and from UC
Santa Cruz in 2006. She is now getting a teaching
degree from San Jose State.
Emily graduated from Los Altos High School this June
and is going to UC Santa Cruz.
I have been working at the Palo Alto Medical Clinic
since 1974.
I would love to hear from people that knew me.

- Howdy. I've been married/divorced twice; single for
the last ten years. I have a wonderful daughter named
Mary Joan, who was born Christmas Eve 1973. Her
mother is Susan Butler, also from MVHS 1973. Worked
many jobs all over the valley, currently in
heating/air conditioning. Have been playing bass
guitar and singing with many local bands over the
decades. Brother of Devin (MVHS1974) and DeLis
(MVHS1975).

- After MVHS attended college for awhile, did the
Foothill and De Anza thing. Then I worked for awhile,
which I am still doing. Working at being a Q.A.
Inspector.
The MVHS directory that I advertised here for a few
months came out great! Got it in the mail and those of
you who didn't bother calling Harris Publishing are
missing a good directory. I would like to hear from
people who might remember me. Talk to you on the
flip-flop.

- Hello! After graduation went into the work force. Will
be married to Steve for 26 years this Sept. Have 3
amazing daughters; Sammy-23, Jamie-20 & Erin-18. Moved
to Oakdale in 1991. Work as a school secretary at an
elementary school in Oakdale. Have a new neighbor
right next door to me that keeps me laughing every

- Sorry I left Mtn.View after my first semester of my
sophomore year. I didn't want to leave,but, my
parents moved back to Texas. I remember all your
names ,but, faces I cannot. It's been a long time. I
graduated from San Diego, Texas High School. I flew
back to Ca. the night after I grad. I went to
Foothill and wrestled one year. I had to go to work
after that. Joined the military at 19 and came back
to Texas after discharge. Been in the car business
for 31 years. Two sons aged 30 and 19. both recieved
full scholarships to play baseball. My wife of 32
years name is Sandra and she has been a hairdresser
for 38 years. God Bless all of you all. Wish I could
have stayed there to grad.

- I'm a happy camper, despite widowhood. I am teaching
music and art in an elementary school, and enjoy going
to dances and church, swimming and weight lifting for
exercise and visiting with my three sons - all in
their twenties, dear daughter-in-law and little
grandson. Life is good. I'm still singing here and
there, of course, and have a couple of voice students
most of the time. I would like more time to pursue
oil painting. Anybody wanna volunteer to clean my
house? ;-)

- Wow! I just went online to get the Spring vacation
schedule for MV High, to make plans to have my niece
and nephew come visit....and I stumbled on this site!
I graduated from UC Davis with a degree in German
which I have never put to good use but had fun
getting. I then worked for 16 years at Keplers Books
in Menlo Park which was a wonderful job. But then my
husband was transferred to Seattle.
I've been married to Don for 20 years. We have been
living in Seattle since 1994. We have 2 sons, Sean
(19) who is a freshman at Whitman College and Kevin
(14) who is in the 8th grade.
Life is good. I love Seattle (it's a great place to
visit!). My kids make me very proud. I work part time
in the accounting dept of a bank...nothing that
inspires me, but it very flexible which is wonderful
with kids still at home.
Wish I had known about the 2003 reunion.

- Hello everyone,
I'm still in California, now living in Galt, CA. I
commute into the Napa area for work. My daughters
are grown, and it's just me and my husband. We do
have our granddaughters over as much as we can.
Jazlyn is 8 years old and Lylah is 4. I do have some
sad news, for those of you in the class of '71. My
brother Jim, passed away a year ago at the age of
54. He'd had some health issues, but we thought he
would be OK. My parents took it very hard, but we
all know it's a part of life, and he's in a better
place.

- I got married in 1973 and had my daughter, Cecilia in
1977. She graduated from MVHS in 1996. I started
working for County Transit in 1974 (now VTA) and I'm
still here, 28 years! I'm a radio dispatcher and I
plan to retire in 8 yrs. I recently remarried and my
husband is a Deputy Sheriff. If anyone knows how I can

- Wow! I've been on classmates.com for awhile now, but
didn't even know this existed.
My life...hmm. Graduated from San Diego State with an
English degree, and eventually moved to the East Coast
(DC) to break into the magazine business. That worked
out well, and after 20 years I started my own company,
consulting for trade/professional association
magazines. Fredericksburg is a lovely little civil war
town; actually found another MVHS alum (class of '68)
living here!

- Shannon has moved to the coast and lives with her
two daughters, one 18, the second daughter, 9.
Yes, divorced ... two children.
Never ventured too far from the Bay Area, except for
vacations (which are too far and few between!).
From High School went on the study the arts and
business at the local JCs ... yes, a student for ...
and of ... life.
Currently working for a CPA firm doing accounting
and admin. work.
Enjoy quilting (we can call it textile art) ... some
drawing (need to find time to do more) ... yoga
(ditto) and my girls and I take dance classes a few
days a week (no, thank goodness, not together,
separately).
Hoping to win the lottery so the vacations can be
more frequent and longer in duration ;-)

After graduating Mtn. View High I left for Hawaii and
lived there for 1 year. Returned to attend school
where I recieved my degree in accounting. Got married
in 1982, gave birth to 2 active boys-Jimmie 15 and
Jake 12. Went into business for myself which was very
sucessful for 9 years. Sold the business and moved to
Oakdale 1 year ago. Live next door to, you'll never
guess who,(CAROLYN GOMEZ ALBAN). Miss everyone in Mtn.
View but still keep in touch with the WILD BUNCH!!!

- After MVHS I went to college for awhile, then I worked
for awhile, then I got married and we decided that I
would be a stay-at-home mom. I have three children and
have been married for...ever, uh, I mean...twenty
years. We lived in New Hampshire for fourteen years,
and now we live in Scottsdale during the school year
and San Diego during the summer.
I think this website is a very good thing!

- After high school, I went to work at Applied Materials
in Santa Clara. I worked there for 5 years. Changed
jobs to Intel Corp in 1978 and have been with Intel
ever since. I manage a software development group.
Relocated to the Sacramento area in 1985 and love it.
We live near Folsom Lake. Had 2 husbands and 2 kids.
The kids were great, the husbands....not so great. My
oldest daughter was born in 1979 and my youngest in
1983.
Nothing else new, just getting old.
Got married again in 2002 and now live in Placerville.
