What's New?
Life sure has been busy since 20 years ago. My
husband Bill and I have been married for 12 years
now. We have 2 boys who keep us busy going to
football and baseball games.

We moved back to Wisconsin about 9 years ago, and me
being an AZ native just couldn't handle the cold. We
only lasted 1 year before coming back here to the
desert. So much for being adventurous.

It's really hard to believe that we are all
approaching the dreaded big 4-0 and we've been out of
high school for 20 years. What ever happened to the
time? God Bless and Go Packers!!

What's New?
In November 2002, I had a baby girl,
Reese. And, in July 2005, I had a baby boy, Ryan.
They are wonderful, happy children.

After graduating from Cal (U.C. Berkeley) in 1989, I
worked at a law firm for two years then went on to law
school. I graduated from law school in
1994 and passed the bar that same year. My husband,
Michael, whom I met while attending an
abroad program for law school in Prague, Czech
Republic, and I are practicing attorneys (different
law firms) in San Francisco. We live in
Marin and love it there! I'm glad to still be in the
Bay Area close to my family and friends

What's New?
Hello, hard to believe that it will be 14 years since
graduating from MVHS. Well, since then I received my
MSW in 1993, and worked on the Hoopa Indian
Reservation as an Indian Child Welfare advocate for
two and half years. Since then my husband Rick and I
have settled in Redding,CA. I am a social worker for
Shasta County CPS doing intensive home based services
with familes who are risk of having their children
placed out of the home. The work is gratifying, yet
difficult at times.

My sister Belenette and I are still close as ever, and
she now lives in Sacramento, CA. with her newly wed
husband. Hope to hear from some former classmates.

What's New?
Hi guys,
This is so much fun reading about how everyone is
doing. I feel like a life time has passed by since
high-school.

After graduating I went to UC Irvine with my twin
sister Sue. I met my husband,Rick, the second day I
was there. I went on to complete a M.S. degree in
Educational Psychology, and have been a Marriage
Family Therapist for 10 years. I specialize in
children and adolescents. Anyway, enough of the boring
stuff!!

Rick and I have two great boys. Tyler (8) and
Ben (7)We are currently in Mexico City with Rick's
job for SBC. I am an at home mom right now, and loving
every minute of it. I am looking forward to seeing you
all at the reunion.

What's New?
Hey Everyone!

What a trip to read about what everyone is doing, and
how many kids you have etc!

Well. here's my story, so far, .... I've been married
for 8 years to my wife Lisa, and have 2 sons, Kincade
(Cade)5, and Kyle, 19 months.

For years I managed/owned retail businesses primarily
in tourist areas (San Francisco, Honolulu, Las Vegas
etc). Then I knew if I stayed in retail, I would end
up on the top of a building with an automatic weapon,
and taking hostages, so I got out. :)

We lived in Colorado for 4 years and have just
recently moved back to CA. We're now living in El
Dorado Hills. I'm a Controller for Splice
Communications (a Telecom company owned by Tiff's
husband Andy). I'm writing and recording music and
still trying to sell songs for TV/Movies, corporate
videos, elementary school plays...anything!!

I really love being a Dad. What a humbling yet
rewarding experience. There's nothing like that
meltdown in the middle of the toy section of
Walgreens to signal that any trace of "cool" you once
had is completely gone. I wouldn't change a thing
though.

Lets see, I still am good friends with Tiff Green
(she'sgot 2 kids, Drew,6, and Ava, 3. I also keep in
contact with Arne Weissenberger, who currently is
living in South Africa with his wife,Mike Aalgaard
(86'), Dave Allen, Steve Holmes and Jeff Miller.

Anyway, I'll shut up now. Hope all is well, look
forward to the reunion, and drop me a line! I'd love
to hear about your lives in greater detail.

Cheers!

What's New?
Well golly gee willickers, ever since moving to our
midwest ranch house, my wife Darcy and I have just
positvely prospered along with our three children,
Ramona Sue and the fraternal twins, Nicolae and Elena.
(Oh...that's not counting the bastard kid I had with
Dorothy Jensen when I was gullible 15 year
old .....I've put that whole episode behind me.
And it doesn't count the Albanian orphan we adopted
in the 90s. She's out of the picture now: we ended up
sending her back to the orphanage in Albania after 28
months because, well, we just didn't like her)

My business life has really prospered, having by some
incredible miracle sold off all those Enron stocks
exactly four months to the day before the whole house
of cards folded...guess I have good karma, eh?...And
my import-export business which I run together with
my Chinese-North Korean partners is positively
booming.
I love my life, I love my wife...and I love lots of
other things which rhyme neither with "life"
nor "wife". And I'd sure love to hear from you
guys...as long as you are now married of course. Darcy
and I no longer socialize with single people. They
don't fit in at our dinner parties don't you know.
I guess that's it for now. Pass the cookie cutter.....

Great to see what everyone is up to!

After HS, I attended the University of Arizona
for 5 years as an engineering student. I took
a break in the middle, and for a summer, bicycled all
over Europe with Fintan Doyle (MVHS Class of 86). What
a blast!

In 1990 I came back to the Bay Area to work (just for
the summer)at Paramount's Great America .... After
being there 14 years, I recent switched jobs, and now
work down at Bonfante Gardens, which has cut my
commute down to about 7 minutes.

At a company picnic, I met my lovely wife Jann. She is
the kindest person I know. We got married in 1998 and
moved down to Gilroy. After years of trying, we
adopted a beautiful son, Ethan who is now 10 months
old. (This would have been easier if I was younger ...
right???)So when he is 16, I will be .... depressing.
He is great, it is so amazing to see how quickly he
changes, learns ... and more recently, climbs the
walls and furniture.

Fortunately, Jann takes care of more of that, as she
is a stay at home mom.

My parents are still living in Los Altos, so we are
over quite a bit to show off Ethan's new tricks.

Hope to see everyone at the reunion. Where is that
yearbook....

Great to read up on so many of you!

Well, I attended University of Tennessee where I
played volleyball for the Lady Vols. I majored in
recreation which pretty much sums up my life.

After college I moved back to Santa Clara where I
worked for the Santa Clara Parks & Recreation
Department as the Youth Activity Center Sports
Coordinator.

I met my fabulous husband in college and married in
1991. We now live in the beautiful state of North
Carolina and have discoved the cost of living to be
much better in this area.

We have two fabulous kids Katie (7), Ben (5). Katie
wants to be a ballerina, astronaut, scientist, ice
skater. Ben would like to be a secret agent.

For the last 7 years I have worked at Cary Academy as
the Auxiliary Programs Director. I run summer
programs, facility rentals, enrichment programs,
basically anything that is non-curriculum.

I hope to see you all at the reunion!

Hey all! Got married in 1991 to a wonderful man. We
have 3 children, one of which started high school
today!!! Lauren is 14, then there is Lorenzo who just
turned 11, and last is our little guy Lucas who is a
very active 3 year old. In June of 2000, I spent my
33rd birthday in the hospital being treated for
cancer. Had to do the whole radiation theraphy thing
every day for 6 weeks. Then just before Thanksgiving
of that same year, they found I had cancer yet
again. Totally different kind. It was really bad.
We never gave up hope. Now here I am in 2007, and I'm
proud to say I'm a survivor and cancer free!

Hi All! As most of you know who did know me, I did
not graduate, but was supposed to in 1985. I dropped
out in my Junior year, and had my first child,
Catalina who is now 19, almost 20. WOW! Time has
flown! I did get my GED when I was 24, and I am proud
of it.
I am married to Greg Diaz who graduated in 1984, and
we have a total of 4 kids now. Mike is 12, almost 13,
Gregory Jr is 8 and Mariah is 7. My oldest Catalina
will be 20 this year.
What can I say about the last 20 years? Sooooo much
has happened! Lets just say I had my fun, lived life
in the party lane for awhile, and now I have finally
grown up! I have learned that you can never learn too
much, and that life gets better, if you let it. A few
years ago I came to Christ, (I'm a Christian) and
that has completely changed my life!
Anyone who remembers me and wants to chat, email me!

It's good to see so much success was spawned from mvhs
who would have thought..

As for me after highschool... I worked in the family
biz for a few years."landscaping" but that was to much
like work.. so i made a point of getting paid for my
hobby"bicycles". i managed a small shop here downtown
mtn.view for a couple of years.. then moved on to
another shop that good friend started..but i wanted to
move forward in the biz..i began working for a high end
mtn. bike co. "VOODOO CYCLE'S" after one year there i
became the production foreman. after increasing cust.
satisfaction up to be a close second just behind
specialized..then the industry took a very heavy hit
with the economic downturn...so i moved on.

just like to say again..it's nice to read about how
well everyone is doing..and to those who remeber me.. i
really havent changed a whole lot.. my motto.. "never

As for where I am now? Most recently I was
working as a Creative Director for J. Walter
Thompson Advertising in San Francisco, but
recently started an Advertising & Design studio
with a friend from college.

After my grad in 1985, I went to college; starting at
San Diego State & then finishing my degree at
Long Beach State.

I started my career in video & film production and
then found my way into advertising. 6 years ago I
re-directed my career by becoming a Graphic
Designer & re-located back to the Bay Area. Now,
after working for a number of ad agencies in the
area, I then landed a job at Tambourine, Inc. where
I was directing a team of 5 graphic designers in
our Creative Service Dept.

After about a year I then was offered a Creative
Director position at JWT in San Francisco and
returned to the advertising world. Then after almost
two years back in the advertising world I decided to
take the plunge into starting my own advertising
and design studio with a friend from college.

I will be getting married in May of this year, in
Hawaii and plan to starting a family very soon.

Hi All! So looks like we all need a drink (or
two). This "getting old" gig is just not what I had
in mind. I don't think I'll EVER actually turn 40
even tho it is looming right around the corner. So
I'll stick to 37 for as long as possible.
Let's keep this short (personally I never reached 5
ft. - stopped growning at 4ft. 11 3/4 and then went
Down to 4"11 after having kids! - Shit) After HS I
went to De Anza for one yr., Santa Clara Univ for 2
years (member of the womens rowing team - no I did
not row - just yelled my lungs out) then met a guy in
Minnesota so I moved to the Twin Cities and graduated
from the Univ of MN- BS in Anthropology/Primate
Studies. I kicked the loser boyfriend out (physically
drove him to Nebraska) and then 6mo later met my
husband, Mark. Married in 1991. Son, Connor born in
1992 (he's 13 now - boy I feel for you people with
little ones!). Next son, Gabe, born in 1994.
Divorced in 1996 (after he found pictures that were
taken at our 10 year HS reunion no less! - I am
laughing and you should be too!)
So, now I have a 13 and a 10 year old. I have been
working at the U of MN for 6 years or so in the Dept.
of Medicine. I have my own office, windows with a
view, healthcare, my health (althought I look like a
Weeble Wobble). We laugh alot in our house. I am
good friends with my ex (he Finally got his head
screwed
on correctly) and I have LOTS of pets.
I participate in the sport of flyball with my
Australian Cattle Dogs and absolutely love this
circle of "weird doggy people". I love life in MN.
I own a home with a yard and the snow is finally
gone. The mosquitos are NOT bad and winters are Only
6 mo long - what's to complain about!
Candy and I are still best of buds. I love her
dearly and still fondly recall our days at Eastbrook
elementary. I miss the earthquake drills and playing
horsie out in the big field.
My Dad passed away about 5 years ago but my Mom
still lives in Los Altos so I visit ever so often.
However, I think my kids see CA more than I do.
I am looking forward to our reunion and hopefully
will lose about 60 lbs before then (may have to cut
off a leg or two to accomplish this).
Take care everyone - hope to see you all in the
Fall!

What's New?
After two fun filled years at Northern Arizona
University, I transferred to Sac State where I roomed
with Eric Schill (Class of 84), and graduated in
1990. Went on to get my Masters at the University of
Louisville in Louisville KY. Met my wife Tracey
there - we married in '93, and relocated to Foster
City soon after. My daughter Jessica was born in
March 1997. In May 1999 we moved to Castle Rock,
Colorado, where my son Justin was born in January
2000. We absolutely loved Colorado and we lived
there until February of 2004, when I made the gut
wrenching decision to accept a new position in my
company that required us to relocate to Montgomery
AL. The career opportunity was too great to pass up -
I am responsible for incorporating our Australian
sister company's product line into our product
offerings and have already spent four weeks in
Australia (what an amazing country!). But, despite
my new residency in the Heart of Dixie, a southern
gentleman I will never be...

I've kept in contact with only a few people from the
class of 85 over the years - mainly Warren King and
Karl Hawkins, but have run into or had contact with
Bel Belen, Chris and Karen Carlo, Don Clapp, the
sisters Mahrt and a few others. Looking forward to
hopefully seeing the not so familiar faces (anymore)
of Neil Gray, Troy Hatler, Dave Barton, Jeff Miller
and Dave Pearl at the reunion.

Well here it is Jan. 2005. Who would have thought? As
some of you may remember I went into the Marines
shortly after school. I got out in 93 and moved to
Fl. Started my career as a Firefighter which I still
do today.
I work for the federal governnment as a DoD
Firefighter here in AK. I have a wonderful and caring
wife of four years and a 12 year old step-son whom I
adore.
I haven't really changed much from school just a bit
older and a little heavier. Next month will be my
38th. Those of you who are right there with me know
how that feels, WOW!
I guess I can say that life is good. I did finish my
education for all who remember. Even some College for
the old man.

Well bye for now. Take care and see you soon. Feel
free to contact me anytime. I would love to hear from
you all.

Hi Everyone!

Just attended the 20th! Whew! Had a great time
seeing those that were there and wondering what
everyone else was up to.
The last 20 years have been a whirlwind, but in a
nutshell...
After high school I got a job at Peninsula Box Office,
which used to be in Los Altos. I've been there ever
since because I love it and am now part owner. I've
been married to my husband David for 15 years and we
live in Palo Alto. We go to a lot of concerts,
theatre and games together because we are both in the
same business. In our spare time of which there is
little, we rescue wayward animals, mainly kitties. As
I write this I realize how vanilla my life is. Oh
well. Maybe after the 40th reunion I can report that
I've saved the world. Seriously, I hope all of you
are well. I hadn't realized how much I missed you
guys and the memories are really great!

After taking a couple of years off after MVHS then
rotating through a variety of schools and majors, I
graduated from UC Santa Cruz in 1991 with a Bachelor's
in psychology. I had intended to pursue a higher degree
in counseling, but got sidetracked.

After several career changes within the Valley and
nearly flying off to the Czech Republic to teach
English, I moved briefly to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where
I worked in marketing for a national law firm. I
returned to California in 2002 to work as a writer and
editor for the City of Sunnyvale.

In November 2003, I married Renee Sanguinetti and
completed the complicated process of taking her
last name in 2005.

Recently, after more than two years of efforts, we
adopted an adorable one-year-old from Russia, returning
home with little Genevieve in December 2007. We are now
in the wonderful and exhausting process of adapting to
having a toddler in our lives.

What's New?
Hello Class of 85!

New News below! But first the old stuff… After
graduation, I attended UC Santa Cruz and then Cal
Poly, SLO where I studied Child & Family Development
and Business and bowled for the college team.

Along the way, my birthmother found me and I learned at
age 18 that I had two little sisters. (Surprise! As an
adopted only child, this was quite a revelation!)

I met my husband John in 1991 while he was stationed
at Moffett Field. We married in 1992 and will
celebrate our sweet 16 anniversary this year.
(Hopefully it will be somewhere tropical with good
childcare activities!)

After college and tying the knot, I
worked my way up the corporate ladder in the
employment industry, managing a technical job
placement firm in the Silicon Valley for a number of
years in the 90s. It was interesting at the time but
I was making my boss too wealthy and needed a change.
A big change!

I gave up the 60 hour Silicon Valley work weeks to
pursue my childhood dream of traveling and competing
on the Ladies Professional Bowlers Tour. (I doubt this
was the use of my education that my parents were
hoping for!) Bowling on tour was a blast. Traveling
the country to compete really taught me a lot of
things about myself and gave me an opportunity
to make friends and see places that I would never have
had the chance to do otherwise.

In 1999, John and I decided we wanted a child and
Justin Paul was born in October. He just turned 8. We
are enjoying the antics and challenge of our active
and feisty 3rd grader. (Was Cooper & Huff really that
long ago?)

After leaving tour and giving birth to Justin, I knew
I wanted to be an at-home Mom but bills had to be paid
so John and I launched "Count Your Beans", an online
dolls, bears and collectibles "e-tail" enterprise. Now
9 years later, we're still both working from
home and are having lots of fun being eBay and e-tail
entrepreneurs. We keep busy and also have other
creative endeavors in the works.

As some of you may remember, I was pregnant at our 20
year high school reunion. Ryan Jonathan was born in
May 2006 and is now 20 months old and full of energy.
He keeps me feeling young and we’re enjoying the baby
years again. We’re even considering a third!

We moved from California to Vancouver, Washington in
July of 2007 and are loving it here. There are great
schools, it’s very friendly and in the first 6 months
here, we’ve been to the beach and the snow more often
than we ever ventured in California. Go figure!

Having just hit the big 4-0, my new motto is “Free at
40”. Free to dream, free to explore, free to act like
a kid, free to work for myself, free to be myself!

Hope all is well with you! I've been out of touch
with so many of you for so long. Here's wishing you
the best in whatever you have chosen to do! May you be
happy, healthy and may you have the opportunity to
pursue and achieve your dreams and goals.

Let's see... I left MVHS to attend private school my
senior year, but feel my heart is still with the
class of 85! After graduating, I went on to college
at UCSB. I guaduated with a degree in Business and
minor in Psychology. I built a career in Global
Marketing Management and retired 2 1/2 years ago
(when my daughter was born). My hours were too long
and I traveled too much to think I could be a good
mom and do my job effectively at the same time. I
never knew how much I would love being an at home
mom!! I have been married to my husband, Dave, for
almost 10 years. We are expecting another baby in
August '05 (this time it's a boy). We live in St.
Louis right now which is VERY different from Ca, but
nice nonetheless (VERY family friendly). I won't
make it to the reunion, but hope you all have a great

What's New?
Hi, guys!
It was lovely and weird to see all those familiar-but-
not-quite faces at the reunion a few days ago...
After high-school, I went to U.C. Berkeley and got my
degree in English in 1989 (after also spending one
semester in Israel). In 1992, I got my M.A. in
English Lit from San Jose State. I taught at San Jose
State and Cal State Hayward for a few years, and I co-
authored a textbook for college writing classes;
since then, I've been working in publishing.
I've traveled quite a bit (including crossing the
country by train by myself), but I need to do lots
more of that.
I'm married and I have two boys: Yossi (8) and Ben
(4). For the past four years I've worked from home,
part-time, so I've been able to do the mommy thing
without climbing the walls (as I would have as a
total stay-at-home mom). And now, a bit late in the
game (I'm guessing this is my version of mid-life
crisis!) I'm thinking of going to law school. If my
kids let me.

Hi everyone! I'm still married and living in San

Sept.'04 (wow), Haley is 4 and Christian will be 2 in

and figure I'll graduate sometime before I reach
retirement age. :-) Between my school and driving
the kids to cheerleading practice and preschool, my
days are full of excitement. My parents moved out
here in 2000. My brother, Mike (83)and sister Cheryl
(88) are still nearby and are both married with
children. I see Shelly Steck and Karl Hawkins from
time to time.

Wow, what a great thing to read what is happening with everybody. I'm
jealous of everybody! Here I am in jail. .... ok not really. I am in a
small room (but it's big by Manhattan standards)..(really).

So, enough about you... How 'bout me!?

Well....(drum roll)...
after graduation,
at which you all looked Stunning!
and hopeful... or happy. I confuse the two quite often.
Full of promise...that's the phrase.

So after that, I went to Harvard on the Hill. Or those who prefer
Stanford on the Stump. And for those that are old...Foothill Junior
College. Go... Owls?

Ah, the commute on a glorious Silicon Valley morn.

One year there, interspersed with time almost as much served with the
Campus Police; because of ... skateboarding. (and I wasn't the only
one on mushrooms) This paragraph has nothing to do with the next
people....paragraph..shit/. (no really I was NOT in jail!)

So, myself, Rich Wegener, and Mike Albin said "man Foothill feels like
13th grade." Uncomfortable, like a bearded lady at a Sadie Hawkins'
dance.

(road)

San Diego, movie stars, land of parties, skating, and Grossmont. Yet
another Junior college. But hey, it wasn't Mountain View, Los Altos,
etc., all those places that were lacking the people we wanted to see. It
was new. That's about as interesting as that gets. Any San Diego
speculation, calls the writer and the residents into suspect.

Can't describe the amazing delicious Carne' Asada burritos, watching
the sunset surfing at Sunset and the skate-ditches in Lemon Grove.

P.S. Mexico is close but you have to go far to get there.

So after getting through a year at Grossmont without destroying my
chances of getting into a UC; I as well as the other two yokels returned
to the scene of the crime.

ah Silicon Valley...can't you semi smell the conductors../

Spent another quarter at Foothill; joined KFJC, probably the best
college station EVER! But, I digress.

I was able to cheat on my Statistics final. (Not to mention the term
paper service that delivered to San Diego in a timely manner with UPS)

And our Hero was able to get out and into UC Santa Cruz which has a
long illustrious history with Mtn. View students all the way back to
Awalt/Mtn. View. I was able to join Tim Farrell and Chris Sly (sp) at
what proved to be the Iwo Jima of my Freak Flag. (I'm particularly
proud of that phrase)

Love the CA coast.

Studied music and then changed to Theatre at UC. Thank you Kevin.
Tim knows what he himself did.

Figured out, that I wanted more than designing sound would cover.
Became an actor...because it was so much more fun...the exhilaration,
the shows, the energy. If you've stood before a crowd you know what I
mean.

And I did join the radio station at Santa Cruz KZSC under such
illustrious names as UP YER MORNING, and MR. Tease Broadcast Plaza.

Anyway to make a long story longer. I got into The American
Conservatory Theatre, ACT in San Francisco.
And I got my MFA from ACT.

More to come.

Hi Everyone!

I love checking this site from time to time to see
what you're all up to! Thanks so much to Chris
Slye for giving us a link to view the 20th reunion
photos...they were a lot of fun to look at!

My life is pretty much the same since seeing you all
back in 2005...still very happily married to my
husband, Bret (Gunn High School, class of 85). We'll
celebrate our 15th anniversary in September. Still
living in the same house in Danville...still very
active in my children's schools...still doing the stay-
at-home-mom thing, as well as other volunteer work,
like delivering Meals on Wheels to seniors. Our kids
are now 12, 10 & 7 and they keep me extremely busy
with all of their energy and activities. I can't
believe that in January I will have a teenage daughter
(she's had the teenage attitude for a while now, but
she'll be official on Jan. 19th)!! Life can be crazy
and hectic, but we're all happy & healthy and
extremely blessed, so I can't complain :)

I still keep in touch with Michele Renfro, Nicole
Pennings and Elyse Berman (who has recently moved back
to Danville)...

I hope that all of you are enjoying your families and
lives and that our paths will cross again someday.
Until then, take care!

P.S. For those of you who may be wondering about my
brother, Brian, class of 84...He currently lives in
Elk Grove with his 3 sons (ages 10, 7 and 4). He's
worked in sales and management for the Konica/Minolta

successful with them. He's a single dad and I know
that he'd love to hear from old friends that might
happen along this site. Feel free to email me and

Hi everyone! I'm happilly married to my husband,
Lawrence, for 11 years. We lived in Stockton, Ca.
from '96-'99 where my husband received his PharmD at
University of Pacific. Then we moved to Edina,
Minnesota, from '99-'03, where my husband received
his PhD in Social and Administrative Pharmacy at
Univeristy of Minnesota. I learned how to cook
casserole and make a quilt while was there. From '03
to the present, we've been living in Germantown,
Tennessee. My husband received an offer he couldn't
refuse as a Pharmacy Graduate Professor and a
researcher at University of Tennessee. During that
time, I managed to get my LPN, RN, and BSN (I took
the long route!). I currently work as an OB nurse at
Methodist Hospital.
We have two beautiful daughters, Leilani (almost 4)
and Kalea (15 mos). I spend most of my time doing
Mommy stuff with the girls. I've really grown to
love it here in Tennessee. The pace of life is much
slower and i've even learned how to cook southern
foods. But I still listen to the good old 80's music
and U2.
We've also done a little bit of traveling
(California, Florida, Hawaii, Minnesota, Germany and
the Philippines in the past year).
I've pretty much kept in touch with Patricia
Kagawa. We've shared many memorable times including
our trip to Maui and Puerto Rico. She was the one
who informed me about the 20th reunion. I really
enjoyed reading up on everyone. I can't wait until

Services as a Senior Fraud QA Analyst up until 3/98.

I am now presently working as a Law Enforcement
Officer in Arizona. I was first married in 1991 and
divorced in 1996. I had one child (daughter). I was
re-married (someone else) in 1998 and presently very
happy.

What's New?
How time flies!!

Twenty years ago, I was getting ready to move to
France, and now I consider myself pretty much a New
Mexico native after living here for the past 19 years.

I'm happily married to my husband Jason--we've been
together 16 years. We have two wonderful children:
our son Drew (5 years old) and daughter Vanessa (3
years old). Both understand Dutch and speak it some,
but I must admit that I, too, rarely speak Dutch
anymore. (A few talented people still pick up my
accent.) Drew aspires to be a robot scientist and
Vanessa will be a princess (and dance all the time).

I love my job--I am a pediatrician in a group practice
and get to play with children all day long (and not
just my own)--I also enjoy helping out at the kid's
schools.

Lately, I've been running into a lot of acquaintances
from college--it's really fun to catch up! I'm
looking forward to seeing you all at our 20th High
School reunion ;-)

Hi guys, highschool seems like such a long time ago,
but it's nice to see some familiar names on the alumni
list. I'd love to hear from some of you!

What's New?
Hi Everyone,

I was really sorry to have missed the reunion (life
happens). Anyway, I am living in Roseville, CA with
my husband of 14 years and my daughters Melissa 12,
and Megan 8. All of my family moved up here so I
followed and own a company with my brother Trent.
Danielle Sanchou also lives up here so we still hang
out alot.

I hope there is a 25 year reunion so I can see
everybody again! (Are we really that old)?

Love Lynley

What's New?
After graduation, I went to the University of the
Pacific in Stockton. After what seemed like forever
(actually 5 1/2 years), I got my M.A. in Speech
Pathology.

I began working as a LSH Specialist for San
Joaquin County Office of Education. I wanted to
earn some extra cash to buy a house and began
doing contract work for the California Youth
Authority.

Now, you all know that I was always a little
"different", so I fell in love working at YA, became a
full time permanent staff member and have been
there ever since.

I had a pancreas-kidney transplant in 1996, and
have been blessed with great health ever since!
Life is good!

Would love to hear from you!

What's New?
We had a great 20-year reunion in 2005 - It was very
fun seeing ~125 of our classmates! (even more with
spouses/significant others)

Many, many, many thanks to Michelle, Shelly, Nicole,
Elyse, Karl, and Karen for all your help - you guys
are the best.

We were going to post pictures, but that effort
fizzled out - more incentive to come to the
30th!

Take care and we hope to see an even greater turnout
in 10 years (now 9!) in 2015!

Since I won't be able to attend the reunion (I'm in SJ
the week prior)...here's the "story". Not sure if I
really hung out with anyone in my class - I was pretty
quiet in h.s. sporting the coke bottle glasses and big
fro until senior year.

Managed to graduate h.s. by taking 8 classes senior
year + summer school - there goes the theory that all
Asians are smart, huh? Went to SJSU, economics degree
and relocated to So. Cal for work. Am currently
managing several shopping centers for a real estate
development company. Married almost 3 years to my
wife who is 10 years younger and way more mature than
me. No kids yet, just an akita & cat. Still playing
sports, softball/hoops leagues. Enjoy playing on-line
poker & want to qualify for the world series of poker
like everyone else. Don't be surprised if I am on
ESPN next year :)

E-mail if you like...have a great reunion!
