After graduating, I married (Joel DuBose, III) in
1963, had my daughter (Michelle) in 1964. I joined my
parents in Yuma, AZ (in 1978) and became a high school
secretary in Yuma, AZ. I retired in 2000 (after a
1978 high school freshman came into my office to
register his child and said "ARE YOU STILL HERE?")
My high school yearbook was misplaced in my moving and
nearly broke my heart)!! Sadly I also lost contact
with all my close friends (Sharon Vann, Janice Hatch,
Judy Judnick) but did write faithfully to Miss Hart
Crabtree (my beloved shorthand teacher). Miss
Crabtree passed away in the '90's.
* My senior year at Mountain View High was physically
spent at Chester F. Awalt (MVHS was being remodeled so
the class of '62 was displaced!) Anyone out there
remember THOSE days?
